Halloween In Glasgow

Oh the whole of the Wraith Rovers team got a bus
To the west coast on October 31st
On a Saturday

After winning the game they thought they’d have a laugh
Strolling through the town centre
St Enoch’s and Bath Street and Trongate

Halloween In Glasgow

Sauchiehall Street on a Saturday night
Is a great place to be if you’re wanting a fright
In October

I’ve seen Superman, Spiderman, zombies and Smurfs
Honey Monsters, Ghostbusters,
And Scooby Doo, nurses and soldiers

Halloween In Glasgow
Halloween In Glasgow

You can hear the zombies sing
It’s a grave undertaking
The moaning and yelling
The whining and selling
Of lighters and socks
Opperchancity knocks

If you want to feel free
And you really don’t care
As a full time zombie stumbling through George Square
There are dragons

We can dance to the beat of the Slosh on the street
And the singing and wailing and screaming
Coming from Cowcaddens
